Laurent Mezza

From a young age, driven by the more rhythmic sounds playing on MTV, it wasn't long before he browses the Nightclubs of the kingdom in the early 90’s. The first Belgian raves were part of his daily life. His eclecticism has taken him on the roads of Planet Hardcore to the Extreme via Fuse. The Cherry Moon is his Heart nightclub for more than 3 decades.

It is obviously a passion for this DJ in the making around 1997 when this year he acquired his 1st Technics SL 1210. Performances followed during his events organized in the region between Sambre & Meuse and providing the Retro, Techno and House sequences for a well-known mobile sound system in the region until 2001. After a few sets in clubs like La Bush, Le Bunker or even the Metropolis, he resides for a while at the Mojito Bar in Charleroi followed by another club in Acoz. During the 2000s he played for one of the first web radio, Retro Is Not Dead, for several shows per week in which his sets were broadcast alongside sets of electronic music pioneers who agreed to participate as Guest.

At the same time around 2005 he began his activity as a generalist DJ, officiating in weddings, open air and family reunions of all kinds.
At the beginning of 2020, with the end of event activities at the global level, he demonstrated his capacity for resilience and decided to live his passion in a different way, he took composition lessons with a DJ recognized around the world, DKA.

Today he is about to release his 1st EP and mixe in severals Disco Bar as Flachback for the techno Music and Kramy's bar for a generalist atmospear. He was happy to participate from the end of 2022 at several Techno events in Bruxelles, Eghezée, Bruly or for the DEF Partie’s, Kiosk Bar…
